Vegan Ice Cream Recipe

Delicious and extremely healthy vegan ice cream made with 4 simple ingredients.


Serves: 2




  • 2 ripe frozen bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch rounds

  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries

  • ¼ cup coconut milk 

  • Agave nectar (optional)​

  1. Simply place all the ingredients in a high speed blender (Bananas, fruit, coconut milk). pulse for 1 minute or until combined.

  2. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.

  3. Add whatever topping you like. I love to sprinkle flaked almonds and chopping hazelnuts on mine but you can use whatever toppings you like. 

  4. Drizzle with agave nectar to sweeten if desired
